This direct bolt-on replacement shock offers an enlarged bore diameter to maintain consistent performance and combat shock fade. The velocity-sensitive damping effectively manages resistance force during continuous impacts. Built with lightweight aluminum bodies and reservoirs, the product maintains a lean profile while enhancing durability. Riders seeking to fine-tune their suspension will find the independent high- and low-speed compression adjusters, extensive rebound adjustment, and a customizable dual-rate spring package with adjustable crossover rings essential for achieving peak performance. The product employs Fox's proprietary Internal Bypass technology, allowing the damping force to adapt depending on the piston's position within the shock. In essence, the damping is calibrated for a softer response to absorb small bumps and control body roll through mid-stroke travel while significantly stiffening at the ends of the stroke to prevent harsh bottoming out on large obstacles and top-out damage during full extension.
