As of March 16, 2020, the Postal Service™ received notifications from various postal operators regarding changes in international mail services due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
Those countries with changes currently in place are:
Australia, Austria, Cyprus, El Salvador, Lithuania, Netherlands, and Saudi Arabia
Additionally, some or all mail services have been suspended in the following countries:
Kuwait, Moldova, Norway, and Peru
Finally, shipping disruptions have been reported in the following countries:

Orders over $49 ship FREE! (Contiguous 48 US States Only)
Orders $49 and over qualify for our free ground shipping/handling offer. Offer excludes gift cards and certain oversized and hazardous items. All orders being shipped to a Cycle Gear store for in-store pick-up also qualify for free shipping. We utilize multiple shipping carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and OnTrac. Unless otherwise noted, orders under $49 will ship for a flat rate of $7.99 with our standard shipping.
Our #1 goal is customer satisfaction. Part of that means that we aim to get your order to you as fast as possible. To help make this possible, we have multiple fulfillment centers throughout the country. All items will be listed with an availability message indicating lead time prior to shipment. Most items will ship same or next business day, but we do offer items that must be special ordered from our vendors as well, and lead time may be affected.
Items will have availability status shown once a size/color is selected on the product page; this availability status will also be shown on the shopping cart page and in your order confirmation email. Most products will be marked "In Stock - Ships Within 24 Hours". These products will ship same or next business day. The earlier in the day the order is placed, the better the chance it will ship that day.
While we will do our best to ship from the distribution center closest to you, naturally not all items will always be in stock in every location at all times! In some cases we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package. We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.
Some items will be marked "Available - expect 3-5 business days lead time prior to shipment". These items cannot ship same day and require lead time prior to shipment. If you select an expedited shipping method, please note that this will not reduce the lead time before the order is shipped!
A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.
Most orders will be shipped UPS, however we do utilize USPS, FedEx, and OnTrac as well.
Cycle Gear does not stock all items. Some items come from a vendor or one of our stores. In such scenarios, your items will be shipped with the expedited service selected as soon as they arrive at one of our warehouses. If you have questions about expedited shipping or need your items quickly, please give our team a call at 1-800-292-5343 for assistance. We do not offer expedited shipping outside the lower 48 United States.

Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

Delivery typically in one to five business days.
Free 2-Day Delivery
Qualifying items ordered by 3:00 PM EST Monday thru Friday will ship for free with a delivery estimate by the end of the second business day after the order is placed. For example, if an order is placed for a qualifying item at 1:30 PM EST on Monday, that item will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed at 11:00 AM EST on Friday, it will arrive on the following Tuesday. Full details and exclusions are listed below.*
Delivery by the end of the third business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is placed Tuesday night and is processed/shipped on Wednesday, it would arrive on Monday of the following week.
Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday.
Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next Day delivery would arrive on Monday.
Hawaii and Alaska Shipping Costs:
- Orders of $99.95 and over will qualify for free shipping
- Orders of less than $99.95 will ship for a $25 flat rate
Shipping changes after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $10 Service fee per shipment (this is simply passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).
If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly. Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled "Order Received." Once an order has a status of "Order Processed," it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.
Items designated as hazardous (such as paints and chemicals) may only be shipped via ground shipping to the contiguous 48 US States. Hazardous items will be clearly identified during the shopping process.
We are currently only shipping tires to the contiguous US 48 States and only via Ground shipping.
Oversize items are currently only being shipped via Ground to the contiguous 48 US states. Oversize items will be clearly identified during the shopping process. Oversized items include: tires, ramps, fairings, motorcycle stands, fenders, street and dirt bike stands, certain full exhaust systems, street and cruiser handle bars, rims, seats, etc.

International Shipping Terms & Conditions
Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.
Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.
Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.
International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment.
When "Fast International Shipping" method is selected, orders will be shipped by a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). The typical transit time will be 3-5 business days.

If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally we will inform you in the checkout process on our site. If you are visiting the US we can ship any product to your hotel or any UPS store for pickup.

Returns / Exchanges
The customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges.
International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. The customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.
Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to Cycle Gear upon delivery will be rejected.
For warranty claims please contact Cycle Gear Customer Service. While Cycle Gear will assist international customers with warranty claims, items may need to be shipped to the U.S. for inspection or repair. The customer will be responsible for these additional back and forth shipping charges.
Proposition 65 Warning
At Cycle Gear, we take rider safety seriously. Informing fellow riders how certain products may impact their health is part of that. The Proposition 65 warning, officially named the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act, is a label notification required by law on all products that contain materials or chemicals known to the state of California as something that may cause cancer or reproductive harm. The act was passed into law in 1986 by the state of California and has since widened its scope to include more than 800 chemicals and substances. This includes more common materials like brass and PVC, and as such you may see the warning on items ranging from shoes to oils. For more information, go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.

Orders with the Free 2-Day Delivery shipping method selected will be shipped with a delivery estimate of 2 Business Days or less. Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.
Free 2-Day Delivery is only available for items being shipped to locations within the contiguous 48 United States. P.O. Box shipping addresses and certain items (e.g. an item only available from Italy or oversized or hazardous items) may not be eligible for Free 2-Day Delivery. To see if an item qualifies for the Free 2-Day Delivery shipping option, simply add it to your shopping cart and look for a message indicating whether it is eligible for that shipping method or not. If all items in your shopping cart are eligible, then a Free 2-Day Delivery option will be shown on checkout step 2.
