We staff our stores with knowledgeable professionals who are constantly looking for ways to put more smiles in your miles. Our team members are motorcycle enthusiasts that come from diverse riding backgrounds. Many spend their days carving through the canyons, darting around the racetrack, trekking the trails, or going just about anywhere else that one can go on two-wheels. In the end, it’s not a job. It’s life.
In addition to our personal experience, we make sure every Team Member completes comprehensive product training so that they can provide you with the best product advice in the industry. A lot of things have changed in our stores since the first one opened in Richmond, California in 1974. Even after growing to 145+ stores in 35 states, our Team Members are as committed to industry-leading customer service as they are about throwing a leg over their own bike and twisting the throttle.
If it isn’t obvious already, we care a lot about motorcycling. That is why we offer grassroots racer support and donate to many local and national motorcycle charities. In addition, Cycle Gear participates in thousands of different motorcycle events, races, and bike nights every year. Plus, on the legal front, we’re proud members of the AMA, Blue Ribbon Coalition, Motorcycle Industry Council and ORBA.
