Know it’s in stock before you go

You can now browse stock at your local store online! Better yet, you can have it set aside for you FREE. Follow the steps below to reserve an item online for in-store pickup.

1. Log in to CycleGear.com and choose your store from the MY ACCOUNT menu. Select your store when browsing the site to see only what’s in stock.


2. Select the size and color of the item you'd like, and click the CHECK FOR IN-STORE AVAILABILITY button. Enter your contact information, and click RESERVE ITEM. If your size and color is not available, you may also ship to any store for free.

Note: DO NOT ADD THE ITEM TO YOUR SHOPPING CART; you will not have the option to reserve your item from here.


3. You will immediately receive a confirmation email with your reservation details, and a second email when your reservation is ready for pickup. Please wait for this second "Ready for Pickup" email prior to visiting the store so we can ensure everything is ready and you don’t have to wait.


When you arrive at the store, ask a store associate for assistance retrieving the item you reserved so you can try it on before you buy! We will hold your item for 48 hours after your reservation is placed, at which point it will return to regular stock.

Note: At this time, we are not able to accept reservations for more than one of the same item (same color, same size) through our online system. If you would like to reserve more than one of the same item, please place one reservation and call the store to inform them of the quantity you’d like. Do not place more than one reservation for the same item online, as the store may flag it as a duplicate.
