Please note: When Shipping to a local Cycle Gear, please DO NOT enter an address manually. Instead, choose your nearest eligible store after selecting to Ship to Store.
When Can I Pick Up My Order?
When you Ship to Store, all lead times for shipping and shipping methods still apply. Your product lead time will be displayed on both the product page and your confirmation email. Similar to our regular orders, you will receive emails for the following:
- Confirmation to let you know your order has been received.
- Notification that your order has shipped.
- Notification that your order has arrived at the store you selected and is ready for pickup!
- Reminder emails about your pick up if needed.
- Confirmation email once the item has been picked up.
What Do I Need to Pick Up My Order?
A photo ID and either the Order Confirmation email or In-Store Pickup Confirmation email (which you received when the order was ready to be picked up) will be required.
