Yoshimura introduces the RS-12 Signature Series full system exhaust, designed to enhance the performance of the latest Kawasaki KX250F. This new evolution of the motorcycle features an upgraded chassis and engine, and the RS-12 exhaust has been fine-tuned to mesh seamlessly with these advancements. Extensive development has revealed notable improvements, including an increase of up to 3.3% in horsepower at 11,000 rpm and up to 3.4% in torque at 10,600 rpm. The result is a significant boost in power delivery across the top end and improved throttle response throughout the lower and mid-range of the power spectrum, propelling the 2025 KX250F towards victory.

Our new Carbon Faced Machined Joint eliminates the need for anti-seize by impregnating the surface of the stainless steel joint with carbon atoms, reducing friction and wear over the joint's lifespan
Our header resonator isn't just there for looks, it allows us to maximize power across the spectrum, while enhancing rider connectivity
Our new RS-12 for the 2025 KX250F comes with an INS-31-K sound insert installed for an ear-pleasing exhaust note and optimal power, with an SA-21-K spark arrestor available separately for those venturing into the woods
