Each spring is meticulously cold coiled and heat treated for resilience, then pre-set and precision ground to the specific length needed. To guard against corrosion, a phosphate coating is added, followed by a layer of powder coating for extra protection. Finally, the part number is marked for easy identification. These springs are produced in accordance with the rigorous standards of DIN 2095 grade 1.
