Excellent jacket in this price range.
Pros:
Stylish
Protection built in / removable at elbow, shoulder & back
Removable hoody liner w/ snap & zipper, has thumb hooks to keep it tight. Has alternate snaps to let you put different kinds of liners in.
Fits very comfortably. I am 5'8", 230 lbs (I have a gut, 42" waist) and XL fits very comfortably with the liner. Fits loose without the liner but not too much. Tried a different S&S jacket in store and it fit like that one.
Feels well made and sturdy.
Cons:
Could be more reflective.
Visible branding.
Final note:
Will keep you decently warm but I recommend getting a heated liner if you are riding long periods of time in cold weather. Would definitely buy this again.

Great Style, appears to offer good protection
I can't say for sure that it will give you good protection since (luckily) I haven't tested that but it a great looking jacket and keeps me warm at 48 degrees in the Florida humidity.
