At the forefront of Fly's defense strategy are the Impact Energy Cells, fortified with RHEON, which strategically deploy seven energy cells throughout the helmet to enhance energy absorption during an impact. These cells leverage the cutting edge viscoelastic properties of RHEON material, optimizing protection at crucial moments. In tandem with the Impact Energy Cells, Fly features their patented Conehead EPS technology, which works in concert with expanded volume EPS in six critical areas of the helmet. This innovative combination is calibrated to respond effectively to varying impact velocities, both low and high speed. The benefit of the Conehead EPS configuration includes the creation of a lighter and softer foam, providing dual advantages: a reduction in the helmet's overall weight for improved rider comfort and an increase in the helmet's ability to manage impact energy across different collision scenarios.
