How to Measure

C Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the ground.
H Height

With no shoes on, stand with your back against a wall and your feet together. Measure from the floor to the top of your head.
A Arm (Shoulder to Wrist)

Standing up straight with your arms at your sides, measure from the Acromion or summit of your shoulder, down to your wrist bone, along the outside of the arm.
N Neck

Measure the circumference of your neck, placing the measuring tape just under your larynx.

What does CE Certification mean?

Limb Armor 1 EN1621-1:2012

There are two main CE standards relevant to impact protection: 

EN1621-1:2012 Covers limb protectors (shoulders, elbows, knees & hips)
EN1621-2:2014 Covers back protectors

Armor is certified at either CE Level 1 or CE Level 2. It’s tested and assigned a rating based on how much impact energy reaches the body, a metric known as transmitted force. Lower transmitted force = better overall protection.

What does CE Certification mean?

A EN17092-2:2020

What Is The CE Rating? The CE mark certifies compliance with strict European safety laws. To earn it, gear has to pass EN 17092—an independent lab test for for abrasion, seam strength, and tear resistance. After that, it’s assigned a specific protection class (A, AA, or AAA).

So, CE is the stamp of approval, EN 17092 is the specific test, and A/AA/AAA is the score.

Dainese Tonale D-Dry Jacket

The Dainese Tonale D-Dry Jacket will keep you dry in poor weather conditions and keep you protected should the unspeakable occur. A removable thermal liner pulls double duty as an internal liner or standalone layer to keep you warm once you arrive at your destination. The chest vents bypass the waterproof membrane to direct airflow directly to your torso during warmer weather rides.
