How to Measure

H Height

With no shoes on, stand with your back against a wall and your feet together. Measure from the floor to the top of your head.
W Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, around the top of the hip bones, inline with the navel while keeping the measuring tape parallel to the ground.
HP Hips

Measure the circumference, from pelvic bone to pelvic bone, at the widest part of your hips below the waist.
I Inseam

Measure from the highest point of your crotch down to your ankle, along your inner leg.

What does CE Certification mean?

Limb Armor 1 EN1621-1:2012

There are two main CE standards relevant to impact protection: 

EN1621-1:2012 Covers limb protectors (shoulders, elbows, knees & hips)
EN1621-2:2014 Covers back protectors

Armor is certified at either CE Level 1 or CE Level 2. It’s tested and assigned a rating based on how much impact energy reaches the body, a metric known as transmitted force. Lower transmitted force = better overall protection.

What does CE Certification mean?

AA EN17092-2:2020

What Is The CE Rating? The CE mark certifies compliance with strict European safety laws. To earn it, gear has to pass EN 17092—an independent lab test for for abrasion, seam strength, and tear resistance. After that, it’s assigned a specific protection class (A, AA, or AAA).

So, CE is the stamp of approval, EN 17092 is the specific test, and A/AA/AAA is the score.

Dainese Pony 3 Pants

The Pony 3 Pants join the protection of Tutu cowhide with stretch zones of S1 bielastic fabric to give track level protection in a pant with long distance comfort. External reinforcement at the knee uses leather. Internally, Pro-Shape knee and hip protectors are included to manage impact, and the garment itself meets prEN 17092 certification as motorbike protective pants.
