Springing for an extra seat can stretch anyone's budget. If your Harley's stock seat is good enough for most of your riding, but you're worried about comfort on your next long trip a Harley seat pad will get you a bit more cushioning so you can ride all day in comfort. Once you're done with your trip, just remove the seat pad and your bike is back to looking stock. Start your day riding with a gel, foam or air cell seat pad to reduce pressure points and promote blood flow. Adding a seat pad after you're already uncomfortable won't be as effective.
