Cycle Gear COVID-19 Update

To Our Cycle Gear Customers:

All of our stores are NOW OPEN daily from 10:00 am-6:00 pm to serve our fellow riders! While some stores are able to allow customers for in-store shopping, all stores now offer contactless curbside service for call-ahead, online reservations, and ship to store orders. will continue to fulfill orders and offer an extended return policy. Please Note: Due to high order and call volume we are seeing some slight delays in order processing and customer service wait times. We thank you for your support and patience at this time!

How We're Continuing to Serve Your Needs:

Shop In Store

A number of our stores, where allowed, remain fully open and able to help customers on site.

To ensure the safety of our customers and employees, we are taking the following precautions to limit the number of customers in the store and re-enforce social distancing
  • All stores are offering Contact-Free Curbside Pick-Up
  • Maintain a minimum of 6' distance while waiting to enter or while you are in a store
  • Debit or credit card is preferred over cash payment
  • PLEASE NOTE: At this time, bluetooth installations are being performed on NEW helmet purchases only

Reserve Online: In-Store or Curbside Pickup

  • To responsibly practice safe social distancing, Cycle Gear is  offering curbside pickup as an additional service. To use this service:
    • Shop Online - Select your preferred store on, check off "Store Availability," and choose "Reserve For Pickup" on your desired item(s).
    • Pay Via Phone - Once you receive the confirmation email, call the store and submit your credit card payment over the phone. You may also pay when you arrive if you wish.
    • Pick Up Your Order - Once you have submitted payment for reservations,  call the store once you've arrived. We'll bring your order right out to you!

  • Please be aware: all shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to the continued impacts of COVID-19 and shipping progress updates displayed on the tracking information associated with your order may be delayed. Please rest assured that the package associated with the provided tracking information from this email has left one of our facilities and is en-route to your destination.

  • Ship to Store - Select your local store as the destination for your order, and securely ship your order for FREE!
  • Pick Up Your Order - You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been delivered. Please visit your local store pageto review the pick up options available to you.
    • Curbside Pickup - Call the store once you've arrived. We'll bring your order right out to you!
