Cycle Gear has participated in the grassroots efforts of club racing for decades, all the way to the high banks of the Daytona 200. We believe racing is the core of motorcycling, and that’s why we continue to offer support for tomorrow’s stars. But the Cycle Gear Racing program isn’t limited to the racers on the top of the podium. We’re always looking for racers that can represent our company both on and off the track.

By Participating in our Cycle Gear Racing Program, you agree to the following:

• Professional, sportsmanlike, and enthusiastic representation of Cycle Gear and the products we sell at all times.  
• Cycle Gear Racing stickers are to be displayed on race and transport vehicles at all times.  
• Authorization for Cycle Gear to use your name, photograph, or likeness in promotions and/or advertisements.  
• Sponsor mentions whenever possible, including but not limited to: 
  • Logo on racer’s social media, website, podium announcements, public appearances, events, etc.  
  • Required attendance at 2 or more Cycle Gear hosted events per year (Bike Night, Fan Parties, Anniversary Event, etc.).  
• Follow and actively promote Cycle Gear on all forms of social media including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter using the following hashtags on all three platforms: #cyclegearracing, #cyclegear, and #cgmycorner.

2021 Guidelines

• Racers MUST sign up for CGR in their nearest Cycle Gear location in order to be added to our Hookit Team.
• Racers agree to sign up for a FREE Hookit account
  • (Upgrading is not necessary to participate, Cycle Gear will not be responsible for any applicable upgrade fees should a racer choose to move to a premium account.)
• Races submitted DO NOT need to be Hookit Verified.
• Please note, you MUST be part of the Cycle Gear Racing program through Hookit in order to receive coupons.  Simply signing up for Hookit does not automatically submit you to the CGR program.
• Please note, only races completed after the signup date will be valid.
• All races must be submitted within 45 days of completion, any races submitted outside of that window will not be valid
• 1st Place coupon distribution has been removed from the program; coupons will distribute after ever 3 races with a maximum of 10 coupons per calendar year.
• The final day to submit 2021 results will be Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at 11:59 PM EST.

Additional Information

Because the rider discount coupons are distributed via email, participants must be subscribed to emails from CycleGear.com. If you opt-out of marketing emails, you will not receive your coupons.

Discount Restrictions:

Due to Cycle Gear’s already lowest possible prices and manufacturer restrictions we are unable to offer discounts on gift cards and special orders. Discounts good for in-store purchases only.

Reward Coupon Redemption:

• Coupons are non-transferable, and racers will need to show their Cycle Gear Racing ID Card and the coupon at the time of purchase.
• Coupons are single-use items and cannot be stacked with other CGR coupons or combined with any other type of coupons i.e. in-store promos, event coupons, seasonal offers, etc.
• Any unredeemed reward coupon value at the time of purchase will be forfeited.
• Coupons may be redeemed for merchandise at any Cycle Gear store location, but cannot be redeemed online.
• Coupons expire 45 days after the issue date.
