Continental Tire revived the legendary Twinduro TKC80 tires, maintaining their world-renowned reliable performance while incorporating enhancements in design and materials. An overhauled manufacturing process introduces state-of-the-art compound mixing, new molds, upgraded breaker material, and cutting-edge machinery. The product of this meticulous work is a significantly enhanced tire, offering riders increased stability, superior wet grip, and the trusted off-road capabilities that cemented the Continental TKC80's iconic status. The revamped construction not only elevates ride quality but also shaves 3.8 seconds off previous lap times in wet conditions, bolstering stability without sacrificing the tire's hallmark block design. This ensures that while riders tackle off-road challenges with confidence, they can also expect a smooth and quiet experience on paved roads.

Technology:

• RainGrip stands for excellent wet grip optimization – made possible by a specially activated silica mixture. The result: the best possible grip, down to the microscopic level of the road surface, even under difficult conditions. The new silica compound on the front tire also improves wet grip in cold and slippery conditions without negatively affecting mileage.
• MultiGrip technology for a homogeneous gradation of grip levels with a single compound. This means that no annoying transitions between different compounds are noticeable when moving from the central tread area to the shoulder.
• TractionSkin eliminates the hassle of starting the new tire and - thanks to the micro-rough tread - offers grip from the first mile.
• ZeroDegree 0° steel belt construction with alignment of the belt position on the carcass on the front and rear tires in the direction of travel guarantees excellent stability at high speeds and low kickback tendency
