Yoshimura has leveraged its close partnership with Team Honda HRC to design the supremely engineered RS-12 slip-on muffler, ahead of its rivals for the 6th generation CRF250R. Ideal for those not ready for a comprehensive exhaust overhaul, the RS-12 comes equipped with a spark arrestor and impressively boosts performance—delivering gains of up to 7.0% in horsepower at 5,000 RPM and a 7.5% increase in torque at the same threshold. This makes for easy installation and on-the-spot performance enhancement. On first glance, the distinctive design of the RS-12 stands out from the competition. Upon closer inspection, the careful attention to performance details becomes apparent, from the matte carbon fiber end cap adorned with decal inlays to the meticulously machined connections, ensuring that the RS-12 elevates the standard for slip-on mufflers.
