Built for the 2027 Honda CRF450R, Yoshimura's RS-12evo Signature Series SS/TI Exhaust System pushes one of the best 450s ever produced closer to factory race performance. Developed with Team Honda HRC race teams in the USA, Europe and Japan, it is tuned to deliver stronger power, torque and rideability. Previously known as the Hybrid system, the SS/TI setup pairs a hydroformed titanium muffler with a stainless steel header to match the power profile of the full-titanium RS-12evo system at a more accessible price. It remains lighter than stock and uses advanced hydroforming and strategic resonators to refine power delivery while reducing noise.
