The VForce4X stands as a remarkable evolution of the celebrated VForce4R reed valve system. This comprehensive redesign brings enhanced components to the forefront, elevating the system through thoughtful engineering. It showcases an updated reed cage with an airfoil profile at the reed tip area, engineered to boost air velocity from the outer ports. The implementation of a novel reed petal resin formulation, alongside carbon fiber construction and pre-curved reed petals, optimizes sealing at critical points. VForce4X extends reed stops for a controlled petal tip deceleration, enhancing durability. The design adjustment results in a more than 10% expansion in reed tip area, allowing for a significant increase in overall airflow. Additionally, the VForce4X's central wing's frontal area has been trimmed by 15.6%, and its reshaped into a more streamlined form, contributing to the system's overall efficiency.
