The Two Brothers S1R Black Series Exhaust System is a state-of-the-art product from Two Brothers Racing. It features carbon fiber highlighted by a natural finished aluminum outlet and stamped spring-mounted inlet for ultimate durability. All of TBR’s carbon fiber parts are made with a high temp aerospace grade epoxy resin. The carbon fabric is made with a 33 million modulus carbon tow then impregnated with the high temperature resin under very tight tolerances. The mid-pipe of the S1R Black Series is constructed from .035” thick #304 chromium-nickel stainless steel. After a few heat cycles the 304 steel turns a golden amber color, the hallmark of quality stainless. The exhaust note of can be described as a deep a thunderous roar thanks to TBR’s spiral-wound perforated core technology. Each of these components has been track tested and dyno tuned to offer the best performance package.

The headers and midpipes of the S1R Black Series Exhaust features race proven-and dyno tuned stepped exhaust pipes made of #304 chromium-nickel stainless steel. This particular steel is not only strong and lightweight but also turns a golden amber color after a few heat cycles giving it a distinctive character. The stepped design creates a vacuum effect that forces hot exhaust gases out at a higher rate compared to a single diameter pipe. Power improvements can be felt in both the mid and high rev-ranges while the dropped weight will improve both acceleration and cornering speed.
