The Two Brothers Racing Black Series exhaust features a black teflon coated cast magnesium end caps, black billet aluminum inlets and outlets, and black canister reinforcement bands. Available in either titanium and carbon fiber mufflers. The satin finish titanium is the strongest option and the thirty-three million modulus rated carbon fiber features strong structural properties without being overly stiff and brittle. Like all TBR exhaust, the Black Series incorporates a spiral-wound perforated core that produces a deep and thundering exhaust note.

The headers and midpipes found in the Black Series Exhaust System are exclusively constructed out of .035" thick #304 chromium-nickel stainless steel. This particular steel is not only strong and lightweight but also turns a golden amber color after a few heat cycles giving it some character. To aid in exhaust flow all TBR’s exhaust pipes feature a stepped design that creates a vacuum effect that forces your motorcycle’s hot exhaust gases out at a highly efficient rate. All of this combined will drastically reduces the over weight of your motorcycle while increasing power output and throttle response.
