S&S Super Stock Cylinder Heads For Harley Twin Cam

Enhance your ride's performance with precision-engineered cylinder heads, compatible with both stock flat top and select aftermarket pistons. No need for expert engine-tuning skills—simply install these heads, and experience an immediate boost in power. Although designed to integrate seamlessly with stock parts, pairing them with a high-quality exhaust, air cleaner, and cam will amplify their performance. These heads come equipped with high-lift springs to accommodate more aggressive cam profiles. While not mandatory, adjustable pushrods would complement your engine upgrades. Remember, proper sealing is crucial, so be sure to secure the right gaskets for installation.

Features:

High port flow gives great performance now, and more later when additional upgrades are done
Heads are fully assembled with springs and valves, and are available in silver or wrinkle black powder-coat
Compression ratios vary depending on cylinder heads chosen, pistons used and engine displacement
The 79cc combustion chamber provides a slightly higher than stock, which makes most performance cams work better
79cc heads work great with stock motors for 88" to 103" motors
1.940" intake and 1.575" exhaust valve and springs for up to .640" lift
Heads accept OEM rocker boxes
Heads are machined for compression releases (sold separately); S&S rocker boxes required when using S&S compression releases
Do not include rocker arm components, intake manifold, gaskets or head bolts (requires eight long OEM length head bolts)
Compatible with stock rocker boxes, exhaust, and intake manifolds

Fitment Notes & Exceptions

This product is not legal for street use on an emissions-controlled vehicle. It may be used on dedicated competition or pre-pollution-controlled vehicles only.

It is the responsibility of the installer to check and re-check all clearances when installing these heads.
Not compatible with Twin Cooled heads.
If cams with higher TDC lifts are used or if heads are decked, piston valve pockets will require re-machining.
Does not include rocker arm components, intake manifold or gaskets.
Should not be used with any piston having a pop up dome.
Must use S&S rocker boxes if S&S compression releases are used.
