S&S Cycle Hydraulic Valve Train Conversion Kit
Transform a classic shovelhead engine into a quietly operating machine with the durability of a 1984-1999 hydraulic valve train. This conversion features specially designed polished billet tappet guides that accommodate late model tappets (included) along with cams from the 1984-1999 era. S&S Quickee pushrods enhance this setup with their swift and straightforward installation process. For engines equipped with S&S roller rocker arms, the top end oil can be delivered through these pushrods. Alternatively, if using traditional stock-style rocker arms, the original external oil line can be utilized.
Features:
- Fully engineered to utilize Evolution lifters and cams in Shovelhead engines
- Allows for top end oiling through the pushrods when used with S&S roller rocker arms (sold separately)
- Includes tappets, tappet guides, gaskets, hardware, pushrod cover keepers, and a set of Quikee pushrods
Note: Kit requires the use of S&S roller rocker arms and a 1984-99 Evolution Big Twin camshaft (sold separately)
