Most people take notice to blinking lights, just ask Las Vegas or the fuzz. The Signal Dynamics Back OFF Brake Light Modulator turns an ordinary brake light into an attention grabbing strobe. Instead of your brake light just being on, the module pulses your light 3 times then goes steady for 3.5 seconds before repeating the loop.
