Note: Each of the rotating assemblies go through a multi-step adjustment and shimming process before being torqued to our exact specifications. Therefore, rotating them to make adjustments may take a bit of force at first.  This is normal; and the assemblies will loosen up a bit as they get used. We designed the HDPBLA for adjustment and stability when mounted, so adjusting them uninstalled while holding them in your hands will also be difficult.
