Since then, lever guards have become an essential and sometimes required piece of protection to avoid the accidental engagement of the brake levers.

Each R&G Racing Lever Guard is molded from Dupont™ Zytel 70G33L Nylon which is far superior to other nylon materials found on the market. Dupont™ Zytel was originally developed for the automotive market and brings with it decades of research and development. It features a high resistance to chemicals and thermal expansion while having a high tensile strength and being lightweight
