The Ohlins FKR100 Cartridge Kit is the top-of-the-line cartridge kit in the Ohlins line. Designed for the most demanding track day riders and professional racers, the FKR100 features technology derived straight from Ohlins’ world leading race teams from MotoGP, Moto2 and WSBK. All of its components are also manufactured to the same standards as the parts used by these race teams.

The FKR Cartridge Kit features an elegantly-engineered, user-friendly spring pressurized system. This design leads to much easier maintenance and internal changes. Additionally, there is no risk of gas leakage, allowing for a consistent performance curve. A redesigned piston with 8mm shaft and Ohlins TTX technology reduce pressure build-up, leading to faster damping response. The Ohlins engineers also elected not to make the FKR overly sensitive to shim changes, making it easier to fine tune the cartridge kit to your specific riding style and/or track.

Every Ohlins Cartridge Kit is tested and measured before delivery to ensure that it will suit the weight and geometry of your motorcycle. Each kit is available in multiple weight options to best match your riding needs. Your total weight must include your combined rider weight with all gear.
