The windscreens are made from 4.5mm Quantum™ hardcoated polycarbonate for outstanding clarity, impact strength and scratch resistance. National Cycle's final bonus on the Deluxe Plus Vstream is a coating of their own RainZip® treatment pre-applied! When riding in the rain, water will quickly bead up and simply blow away.
