• Base Plate - Made from pressed steel, specifically formed to retain the sealing gasket and forms the roll over seam with the can, holding the entire assembly together
• Center Tube - The spiral wound metal center tube helps maintain the media's shape and integrity relative to the engine's operating pressure
• Relief Valve - If the filter media becomes plugged, the relief valve will open allowing oil to bypass the filter to prevent oil starvation
• Can - The can is made of 0.5mm thick sheet of steel to withstand high pressure operating condition
