The system comprises an internal floating piston within the piggyback reservoirs, designed to separate the gas charge from the shock oil to prevent loss of viscosity. The shock kit incorporates single-rate front springs and dual-rate rear springs, balancing comfort and resilience. The setup ensures smooth trail riding that rivals stock performance, yet excels when confronting aggressive conditions. The Quick Switch 3-position compression damping adjustment permits effortless tailoring of the shocks to match varying conditions. The first setting softens the ride for smooth trails or rock crawling, the second tightens response for additional load, and the third maximizes protection against bottoming out at high speeds. Crafted for endurance, the FOX Podium 2.0 QS3 shocks boast hard-anodized aluminum bodies and reservoirs to ward off corrosion, 5/8-inch hard chromed shafts for seamless operation and enhanced seal durability, and are fully rebuildable.
