Custom Dynamics Universal Adjustable Load Equalizer 

If you have replaced your stock turn signals with LEDs and your turns signals flash too fast or do not flash at all, you will need to add an equalizer. The Custom Dynamics Slim Line Universal Smart Signal Stabilizer features two settings that enable you to adjust the flash rate of your LED turn signals.
