Biltwell Cast Stainless Seat Hinge

The seat hinge.  Overbuilt to easily outlast every other part on your custom motorcycle. After investment casting, each part is hand polished to a beautiful raw finish. A single shoulder bolt passes through bronze bushings and the weld-on hinge bung to create a tight, flexible hinge interface for solo seats on custom rigid choppers.

  • Standard-style seat hinge for customs. This hinge has no application, and must be custom-fit to a motorcycle. Welding and fabrication will be necessary.
  • For added insurance, use a drop of your favorite threadlocker when installing the pivot bolt
