Bassani Road Rage B4 Exhaust System For Harley Touring

Bassani's B4 Exhaust System is the result of over 40 years of intensive research and development. This exhaust was designed solely around making the most power possible. This power is achieved through equal length headers, stepped head pipes and a hidden inner collector.

Daryl Bassani himself spoke of his intentions and intended user for the B4 system. Daryl designed this exhaust to offer the most to owners of bikes making under 120 horsepower. Typically, bikes without a bump in compression, camshaft(s), or significant head-work (or some combination of the three) are going to make power under that threshold. With these facts in mind, or with the results of your last dyno run, you may find that selecting a B4 exhaust will make the biggest difference in your bike's performance. A pipe designed specifically for your motor will make significantly more power than a pipe designed for a fully worked motor.

The B4 system utilizes a few less diameter step increases than the B1 system, which promotes higher exhaust velocity on most street engines. In addition to this, you have the revolutionary collector design to promote performance. Effectively acting as a 'collector-within-a-collector', Bassani has drawn on their research to help each cylinder most efficiently help its mate through exhaust scavenging. Utilizing the same principles used in carb venturi development, Daryl and his team are able to manipulate the velocity of exhaust gasses to squeeze out every last drop of power from your motorcycle.
