Baja Designs XL40 LED Headlight W/ Shell Yamaha YZ250FX/YZ450FX

Baja Designs XL40 LED Headlight W/ Shell Yamaha YZ250FX/YZ450FX

The Baja Designs XL40 LED Headlight Kit extends ride time well past sundown for 2024-2026 Yamaha YZ250FX and YZ450FX off-road motorcycles. Drawing from the race-proven XL80, it delivers 5,224 lumens of trail lighting while requiring just 43.5 watts, making it well suited to modern off-road bikes with lower-output OEM stators. Equipped with the Baja Designs XL Trail Lens, it projects a balanced vertical and horizontal beam pattern that improves peripheral awareness and near-field visibility. The Trail Lens also smooths center-beam intensity to reduce hot spots, helping riders stay composed through G-outs, elevation changes and tight switchbacks. This complete setup removes the guesswork from adding a headlight to a YZ250FX or YZ450FX. The XL40 comes pre-mounted to a Motominded bracket for accurate alignment and fits inside a factory Yamaha OEM headlight shell for a clean, secure installation. Built to handle roost and severe weather, it is backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and a limited lifetime warranty.
