The Arrow A.R.D. (Alert Remover Device) is an electronic diagnostic accessory designed for motorcycles equipped with a post-catalytic oxygen sensor. When a catalytic converter is removed or no longer functions within factory parameters, the motorcycle's ECU can trigger a catalyst efficiency fault and illuminate the MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp) or Check Engine light. The A.R.D. is engineered to prevent these catalyst-related fault codes from activating the warning light.

Designed for simple installation, the A.R.D. connects directly to the motorcycle's OBD (On-Board Diagnostics) port and operates automatically in the background. A built-in status LED provides visual confirmation of operation, while intelligent power management allows the device to deactivate shortly after the ignition is switched off, eliminating battery drain while remaining ready for use when the motorcycle is restarted.

To maximize installation flexibility, Arrow includes a Y-splitter cable that allows riders to retain access to an OBD connection for additional accessories or diagnostic equipment. On select motorcycle models, the A.R.D. can connect directly to the ECU's OBD port without requiring the included splitter cable.
