The Tour Master Overpants are constructed with a durable 600D polyester shell, reinforced with 1680D ballistic polyester in key areas for added longevity. Designed with rider comfort in mind, they feature an elastic waistband complemented by adjustable waist belts equipped with TPR pulls. This design provides flexibility as well as a secure fit, accommodating various riding postures. The pants are further enhanced with accordion expansion panels at the knees and waist back to offer an extensive range of motion. For protection against the elements, the pants come with a waterproof and breathable lining. Engine heat is mitigated by heat-resistant material on the inside of the right leg, ensuring durability and rider safety. In terms of impact protection, the garment includes SAFE-TECH CE level-2 knee armor with the flexibility of adjustable positions and comes with removable EVA foam hip pads. The pants are also designed with reflective piping to improve rider visibility in low-light conditions. Ease of use is a key feature, as the full-length, side-entry two-way zipper allows for quick and simple on-and-off wearability. Premium detailing includes durable YKK zippers, and an 8-inch zipper for pant-to-jacket attachment, with the jacket side included, to seamlessly integrate the pants into a riding suit ensemble.
