Overall, great jacket.
FUNCTION: Looks pretty good, though not as good as in the picture (I got brown, which is darker than shown here). Pockets are HUGE, which is a plus, and the material really is wind resistant. Went for a ride in 58º weather, strong winds, didn't feel a thing. Just had a t-shirt underneath. I get the feeling that near-freezing temps would be possible with some layering underneath, and a scarf. It feels like it's made of canvas; it has a matte-like feeling to the touch. If the fit were a little more tailored, I'd be willing to spend much more money on what you get.

Only con.. Back armor is kinda a joke its like a quarter inch of high density foam.. So I'm Definately going to be replaceing that, and the pocket for it is small as in the little pad that's in there is a tight fit.
There are lots of pockets including a face shield slider pocket near the right waist. The quilted liner zips out; I put it in the closet and forgot about it since I’m generally a sweaty guy and it’s not needed during the NorCal riding season.
My only concern is with the proteftikn factor and overall durability of the jacket. The elbow and back armor is not particularly substantial, and even though the jacket appears to be a canvas-type material upon first notice it is a very pliable (read: comfortable) synthetic/cotton blend, I am not confident it would adequately protect me if I slid on the pavement at 70 mph. I plan on inserting better armor which will give me more confidence in this product.
I waited for several months to purchase this jacket hoping it would go on sale but it did not. I paid $160 plus tax due to the military/public safety discount.
Overall, I do recommend this jacket with the understanding that it’s a good idea to upgrade the armor and with the knowledge that this jacket will be 100% ruined if I hit the ground. I don’t think there’s a better, more stylish jacket at this price point.
