This jacket saved my life 2 weeks ago!
I was traveling to work and was cut off by somebody making a left turn in the oppisate lane of trafic. To make a long story short I took flight and landed on the pavement. I slid a good distance on my chest, and from what a witness told me later the bike ended up on my back at some point. I WAS WEARING THIS JACKET. It did its job and kept me protected. Although I did get injured, I didnt have a scratch or an abrasion anywhere on my upper body. Im sure my whole shoulder would have been shattered to bits if I wasnt wearing this jacket. I just wanted to say thank you for making a good product. VERY GOOD JACKET! 5 STARS.

PROS: Armor, Strength of material

CONS: none

This Jacket saved my hide.
I was wearing this jacket without the hoody liner on February 6th, 2013 when I was hit from the rear and went down in heavy traffic at 45 mph. I slide for a longways after a short flight and ended up aproximately 100 feet beyond my formally beautiful 04-Night Train. I ended up with some very minor road rash. Thanks to the armor and its durable fabric I survived with only a few scrapes on the back of my hands and a bruised elbow. You have to look really hard to find the spots where jacket met the road, it looks almost brand new except for the blood. This jacket saved my hide. I was very lucky but as soon as the insurance pays off I will be purchasing another Anarchy Jacket.

PROS: Slides Well On Asphalt, It Protects The Wearer, Well Insulated, Stylish, Abrasion Resistant, Comfortable, Weather Resistant

BEST USES: Long Rides, Casual Wear, Bad Weather, When Rider Meets The Road, Safety

Most comfortable armored jacket ever!
I've ridden in several jackets through the years and this is by far the most comfortable i have ever ridden in. The zip out hoodie not only looks great but is very warm! I ride year round (40degrees & up)on a sport bike and i have every confidence this jacket will mostly likely be the warmest as well. venting on arms shoulders and back works perfectly. recently had it on for a ride on a warm night and the air flowed through very well! The jacket is a bit on the heavy side, not sure if this is a con for some or not. The screen printed skull on the hoodie doesn't look bad at all and the embroidery on the arm is subtle but looks great close up!(dunno what the other guy is b#tchin bout) Plently of open panel on the back for colors or perhaps your favorite reflective patch. All in all well worth the money!

PROS: Did I say comfortable, Great Protection Armor, very warm, Comfortable, Did I mention comfortable, Good venting, Versatile

CONS: A little Heavy

Great jacket
This is a great jacket. I've worn it in 38-98 degrees (F) and I'm very satisfied. It stays warm. I didn't even need the inner jacket until it got below 40 degrees. It stays cool. With the vents open, I could stay comfortable through the 90s (while moving of course). My only con, is that it's a standard fit and I'm tall and thin. So, the sleeves are a little short for me compared to the torso size. If you're a normal body type, I think it would fit perfect.

PROS: Stylish, Weather Resistant, Comfortable, Well Insulated

BEST USES: Safety, Long Rides, Bad Weather

Great looks and great protection
Very durable and dependable jacket. It also has great looks and tough protective pads. I have owned it for three years and just now one of the zippers broke, butba quick trip to the tailor and $12 fixed it. It's supposed to be water-resistant, but i have worn it in raina and fog with my windshield off and have never gotten wet past the outside of it, so im just going to say it's water-proof. This jacket has withstood rain, a sand storm down in Baja mexico, and a minor fall. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to look good, and also be protecyed.

Perfect jacket for me!
I'm a novice rider, so this Street & Steel Anarchy is my first jacket. Exactly what I wanted and I'm very happy I chose it. Minimal branding/lettering and exactly the style I was looking for.

I'm 6'3", 210 lbs, 43/44ish chest, and the XL fits me perfectly. It's long enough to cover my lower back on my cruiser, without being too long.

I've been wearing it here in middle Tennessee for the past month (I've been riding every day). Temps have ranged from 72 down to 25 (deg F) here in late Nov and Dec, and this jacket has been comfortable and suitable for all those conditions. The ventilation and the full zip-in hoodie liner make it versatile and perfect for the climate here, I think. I have yet to ride in the rain, though, so I can't speak to that.

The inner pocket on the LH side is handy. With the hoodie zipped in, all I have to do is unzip the LH side of it to access this pocket. Not a problem.

The ventilation is surprisingly good. I'm happy with how this can be a real 4-season jacket. It's going to be very durable, I can tell.

I cannot speak to the level of protection because I haven't wrecked. It has protection in the elbows, shoulders, and back.

I'd buy this jacket again in a heartbeat.

Lastly, a big shout out to the Cycle Gear location in Madison, TN, just north of Nashville. The staff there are friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! It was great to have both male and female staff who knew what they were talking about to help me make my decision.

The only jacket Ill wear.
I bought this Jacket about a year ago,its perfect for any weather conditions, I ride a bagger so if I get to warm its nothing to make a quick pit stop and take the hoody out of it. I recently was in a bad motorcycle accident where i had hit a bear doing about 55 MPH. I had no road rash, the jacket took all of the punishment as far as sliding across pavement into gravels. theres some scuff and the patches did get ripped off. excellent for any conditions.

PROS: Well Insulated, Abrasion Resistant, Comfortable, Stylish, Weather Resistant

Saved my arm
I had bought this jacket based off some of the reviews here about accidents that people had while wearing it. I am glad I did. I am new rider and last summer I wreaked my bike just a few months after I got it. I had fished tailed, went down with the bike and slid on the asphalt about 50ft. The jacket held up well and saved my arm from getting torn up. I had little bruising around my elbow, but for the most part the jacket took the damage.

What really stunk was I was just about to buy the chaps from the same company five days later.

I am planning on re-buying it soon to replace the other one.

It is also great for temps in the 40s and 50s with hoodie on those cold summer mornings.

The only real con is it can get hot in during the summer months if you are wearing a backpack, or something that stops the wind flow through the vents. Otherwise, it is a great jacket and the hoodie is great to wear alone.

PROS: Abrasion Resistant, Comfortable, Well Insulated, Weather Resistant, Stylish

BEST USES: Casual Wear, Bad Weather, Safety, Warm Weather, Long Rides

very good jacket with style
Its a very nice stylish jacket and very good protection in cold weather. I even like how you can take out the hoodie liner and wear it as causal wear. The only complaint I have is that the threads coming out the pocket and zipper areas.

PROS: Comfortable, Abrasion Resistant, Weather Resistant, Stylish, Well Insulated

CONS: Tears Easily

BEST USES: Bad Weather, Casual Wear
