Very Good Helmet for the Money
I did a little ride (300 miles) out to the desert this past weekend and here's what I think. Yes...it noisy but all similar dual-sport helmets are because of the visor. And yes the visor catches your head to the side in heavy wind or going 80 miles an hour...but all helmets with a visor will do that. I gave up my 10 year old Arai XD4 helmet as all the little vent latches broke off from dropping on the ground and the interior had been washed one too many times. The Sedici vents are permanently open as there are no levers...oh well. This might let water in if you live in Oregon. The Sedici fit me better than the Arai and the carbon fiber feels real solid.

My review, good quatity shell but lack of features and bad liner
so, you buy an expensive carbon helmet, you expect to use it several years, but the liner inside desintegrates and the replacement is: buy a new helmet, as indicated in the store
it had no control of the vents so prepare masking tape in the rain, and no dark visor ...you better end up buying the Bilt $100 helmet with is a click heavier but has it all
