The Air Draft Helmet enhances driver experience by significantly reducing fatigue and neck strain through its featherlight construction. Designed with an off-center and left-positioned air inlet, this helmet offers increased overhead space within the cockpit. Additionally, the air port, tilted at a 20-degree angle, allows for smooth movement when the fresh air hose is attached. This helmet directs airflow via three distinct air channels, ensuring the visor remains free from fog and contaminants, thereby maintaining a clear field of vision. The strategic placement of these channels also prevents disruption to the communication system by not affecting the microphone. A broad eye port on the Air Draft provides drivers with a remarkable range of peripheral vision, while the wicker bill feature enhances aerodynamics, applying downward force to mitigate the risk of the helmet lifting at high velocities. The inclusion of a built-in chin deflector and a Nomex-covered eye port gasket effectively bars dust and foreign particles from entering the helmet and contributes to thermal safety. For added convenience, the Air Draft Helmet comes with removable cheek pads and features a soft-knit interior liner crafted from fire-resistant Nomex material.
