Thin and lightweight, the ThermaVolt jacket is crafted to fit between a base layer and an outer jacket, serving as an exceptional mid-layer. It is equipped with micro carbon fiber heating panels strategically located in the chest, back and sleeves, distributing warmth effectively to essential body areas. The ThermaVolt pants (sold separately) complement the jacket in providing consistent body temperature maintenance and warmth retention. The jacket liner incorporates Merlin's Heat Reflection System, featuring a special thin film inside the shell fabric that reflects and retains heat, enhancing the liner's warmth efficiency.

For power, the ThermaVolt jacket can directly connect to a 12v motorcycle battery through the provided cable, or it can be powered by an optional high-capacity 6,000mAh battery pack. Boasting three heat settings controlled by the Merlin power unit with a battery level indicator, users can easily adjust to their preferred warmth level. Furthermore, the jacket can be synchronized with the ThermaVolt pants using a Y connector cable. Aside from its primary use for motorcycling, the ThermaVolt jacket is versatile enough to be worn for other outdoor activities such as morning walks or afternoon hikes, ensuring you stay warm regardless of your adventure.
