Hopefully someone that has anything to do with revamping there system will read this because the don't return your calls all the time. I find it in keeping with the frustrating experiance at pysco gear that the opportunity to review the most expensive items I bought weren't even listed here. Heated gloves and heated jacket, just some cords??? Anyway I find it amazing that you run a promotion to get a free controller when buying a heated liner and the liners shipped to the stores don't match up to the amount of controllers?? The store I shop at bad to call three locations to even locate one. They finally found one in North Carolina and said it would be to the store within seven days and meanwhile I could use the controller for the pants and then return it when the correct one comes in. I had to buy an extension cord and another cord to make it work in the meantime. When I called the store after 10 days they didn't even know who I was and sounded put out to track down the right jacket controller. I think they gave it to someone else? At this point I tracked down a company number to voice my concerns that in this day and age why couldn't they overnight me one to my house and that all this waiting and shipping to the store was a big inconvienance after spend over three hundred bucks. Bottom line I ended up waiting 17 days to finally get the correct controller and at that time was made to feel the store did me a favor!! I could have overlooked all this BS if the guy I talked to from corporate would have called an followed up with an apology and maybe even a discount but no call or discount. Surprise. Surprise. With the capability to buy online you'd think they would realize to get repeat customers they need to go the extra mile or even half mile. Oh well that will be my last purchase at pysco gear and ill just click PayPal were you can get the same impersonal service.
