I wanted a pair of rider jeans that did not break the bank and looked like regular everyday jeans. Once I saw these on on-line, I knew I had to try them. They fit great, are made of quality denim and the knee armor stays in place while riding.
I highly recommend these. I have the Iron Workers cargo pants but prefer these much more. Bilt / Cycle Gear please come out with different colors of these jeans.

Motorcycle Jeans do not need to be baggy!
Really nice stretchable fitted motorcycle jeans. They seem to run a bit long (probably will shrink some once washed). Seems like tough pants. Mentions aramid fiber protection (I realize the premium dupont charges to use the 'kevlar' name, and I also realize there are equally good unbranded aramid materials out there) - some details on the material would be helpful. Overall they look like they would provide good abrasion resistance (I would rather not find out though!)
These jeans are low rise though (I am not a great fan of that, however that would appeal to the fashionable crowd). Overall, really good pair of jeans - I wouldn't bat an eyelid to buy again!

My motorcycle crash
Quality jeans. I crashed my bike after my tires lost traction in the rain at around 65 mph and then got thrown off at around 45mph. Landed harshly on my leg specifically on the knee. The jeans didn't tear at all and for sure saved me from at least a broken leg. No road rash at all along with my bilt perforated leather jacket I got along with the jeans. Good combo and held up perfect during my crash.

I Feel Safer
I would have given these 5 stars across the board. The style is still a little bulky. Its not baggy or boot-cut. But, its not as straight leg as I'd like. It would help if there were more length selection. The inseam is one stop shopping. I wanted to fit in and not look like I had bike pants on.

Poor Fit For me ?
The Knee pad rides too high in the seated position
( so try them on sitting on your Bike !!! )
They could use some elastic in waist as they get loose as they wear in I keep tightening my belt and may need suspenders as the have some weight to them.
Also a Adjustable knee Pocket would help!
Better than plain Jeans KEVLAR is Thin so I don't know how long it would last in a long slide.

Size is accurate
The size is accurate to tape measure, make sure to actually measure your waist.
They are snug on the upper legs, but the pant has stretch in it, so this doesn't seem to be an issue.
The material does not feel heavy like normal jeans, but this is good to offset the overall weight. They are fairly plain looking, but again not really an issue.
The rear zipper is only 6 inches. It fits the Rev'it Ignition Jacket I own, except the zipper is 2 inches short.

Mercury Jeans
These jeans fit nicely and true to size. They look good in addition to the protection that I hope I never have to test.

Zipper at rear usage?
A shopper on Jun 4, 2017
BEST ANSWER: If you're asking what it's for, then it is used to zip up to the inside of your riding jacket. This is added protection to keep your jacket from riding up your back in case of a slide. Most tracks that I know of require this or a one piece suit.

If you're asking if I use it, then no. Sorry, can't talk on its effectiveness, comfort or ease.
what are the loops inside the waste band for?
A shopper on Jan 16, 2017
BEST ANSWER: The thin loops are simply for hanging your jeans on a hanger. Some pants come with a zipper, which is intended to attach to your jacket. If the loops have snaps, these are intended to attach to your jacket. Hope that helps!
