Electronics System:

Operation:

• Internal magnetic button facilitates easy positioning of the airbag across the chest when riding

Airbag System:

• Fully autonomous active airbag system
• Strategically positioned stretch panels on both sides of the abdomen to accommodate the expansion of the airbag in the event of a crash
• Argon gas canister that provides the inflation gas for the airbag’s deployment is housed in an ergonomic case on the right side of the lower back of the rider

The Tech-Air 3 combines the Tech-Air 5's A.I. powered Street crash detection algorithm with six integrated sensors to monitor for a variety of dynamic street riding scenarios. The Tech-Air 3 is specifically designed for street use and protects on impact, in a lowside crash, highside crash and when stopped. The airbag activates in milliseconds depending on the size. Once inflated, the airbag provides comprehensive upper body protection, covering your full chest and back. The Tech-Air 3 features an integrated back protector pocket for an additional layer of safety (back protector sold separately).

Bluetooth Technology

An LED display on the front chest indicates that the airbag is on. A haptic alert vibrates when the system is armed, and again when the battery is running low.

The Tech-Air App connects via Bluetooth and allows you to monitor the airbag's operational status, battery life and provides a detailed map of your ride.
