Video: Restoring the motorcycle that changed his life

Like many of us, Tom McComas was awed as a little boy by a shiny new motorcycle. In this case, his father's 1963 BMW R60.

McComas credits that motorcycle with setting him on the path that made him a Hollywood stunt rider today. So now, more than 50 years after his father bought it, he decided it was time to restore the BMW.

This short film is by Petrolicious, which makes some high quality videos that are mostly about older performance cars and the gearheads who love them. But once in a while a motorcycle slips in.
