Spied: Triumph Bonneville bobber

Spy shots suggest Triumph thinks so and are the first evidence that we might see Triumph launch not just one new bike, but a line of new bikes.

Unfortunately, we couldn't get in contact with the photographer for photo rights, so you'll have to check out the shot on Moto-Station. Looking at the shots, we can see the big parallel twin motor, fake carburetor covers, radiator, and some obvious style cues taken from Harley-Davidson, like the the exhaust cans.

The solo seat and swingarm design give this bike that decidedly bobber look, though you'll likely get a history lesson on bobbers if you mention that within earshot of Lemmy.

The bike was (supposedly) spotted near Triumph's testing facility near Barcelona, Spain.

I expect to see these bikes built around the new 1100 cc motor we've been hearing about attached to the Street Tracker. Some rumors have even suggested that Triumph plans to convert the entire Modern Classics line over to this larger engine, to compete more with what BMW seems to be doing at the moment, but I hope to see the current engine retained (and for BMW to make something smaller to compete with what Triumph and Ducati are doing).
