Works good, but...
I bought this stand for my 2015 Ducati Monster 821. I already have the trackside rearstand and wanted to be able to remove the front wheel.

The good: The price was significantly less than competitors, it functions as it should (with the proper sized pin).

The bad: Since this is a "universal" stand, it comes with a variety of pins for the lower triple. The largest is 18mm. My Ducati requires a 27mm pin. After contacting customer service, I was told that no other sized pins were available. Looking around on the internet I discovered that this stand is similar in design to the PitBull front stand. Looking at their selection, they have a pin designed for my bike. I took a shot and ordered. When it arrived, I saw the design is similar to the Trackside and found that it fit. The cotter pin for the headlift pin, however, did not fit. I simply used an appropriately sized stainless steel nut and bolt instead.

Not bad but could be better?
It's a nice inexpensive front stand. My only issue with it is that for my bike (Aprilia RSV4 2010) it also rest on the nose fairing a bit. I suspect if you were to try to remove the nose fairing while on the stand, you couldn't do it. I don't seem to remember having this issue with a Pit Bull stand but it's been a while.

Over all, I'm good with how it works, just wish it was more supportive on the triple clamp along.

Does NOT fit a Versys 650!
Bought this to take the front tire, and forks if necessary, off my 2018 Versys 650. Even with boards underneath it would not lift the bike high enough to get the tire off of the ground! Also, it runs up into the front cowling so it could scratch or damage if used.
Going to take it back for either my money back or just a fork lift. Unfortunately, I'd have preferred this one did work as it would allow for tire changes AND fork seal replacement.
If you do have a lower-seated motorcycle I would recommend. It's not the most durable but for the price it will get a lowered bike off the ground, I'm sure.
Also, from what many members on the Versys forum stated, the proper pins are important and the Versys requires a 27mm - which does NOT come with this stand. And, I could not find additional pins for sale under this brand.

Will this work with my 2008 DL650 V-Strom?
Cosmas E on Jan 27, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Probably not! I have a Versys 650 and it's not tall enough for it.
Is this will fit my 2009 monster???
