Easy to use

I have had this lock for a year now. Have read the other reviews about the lock failing. Not sure what problem they had, but I have never had any issues with this lock. Lock is very simple to use. Only problem is that there is no instuctions to reset the lock combo, but looking at the lock it was easy to figure out. simply open the lock, turn the reset knob, set the new combo, turn back the reset knob, and wala New Code!

total failure. no use instructions included.

reset feature failed; resulting in false lock rendering device useless.

lock breaks on use

after one use, the lock failed to reset, and stayed locked open. tried lube, etc.... wonder if anyone publishes instructions for it.
