Stockton 110 Disc Lock

This lock jammed on me while on the bike disk. Had to call a locksmith and we sprayed it many times an kept turning the key....after a long time it finally unstuck. The locksmith said to cut it off would be nearly impossible (witch is good for not getting the bike stolen), but we were in a jam for over an hour with it. We did get lucky and get it to unlock, thank God! Don't recommend this lock to anyone!

This is my second lock I have purchased and it is stuck again I would not suggest you put it on any other place than home

To me the most important thing is robustness. Once a locksmith said :

"if it were another kind of disk brake I could simply open it, but still you'll see how easily we'll go though it..." Yeah right

2 hours and drill bits later he was telling me that it might be necessary to cut the disk. Eventually it broke, but not before I had to show my papers to a police car that came, wait another hour and pay good cash to the locksmith.

That's why I bought it, also it's cheap and fits both of my bikes(unlike those fancier ones).

Yes, it's a little cumbersome at times, but when it gives me issues I just jiggle the key and it'll open (like that dreaded car that only the owner can turn on), also WD40 every once in a while...

So this is what I use and recommend!

A nice rugged lock that gives me peace of mind that the bike will be where I left it.

CONS: Key Wouldnt Unlock It
