You need this.
I was on the fence about getting a blue tooth set up, but now that I have one the only thing I think is that this should have been purchased earlier. My local cycle gear did the install on the spot and my first impressions were great. I have been using this for about 3 months now and the battery life is great, lasting most the week for my daily commute. The controls are easily manipulated, even with bulkier gloves. I ride a cruiser without a wind screen and people can't believe I'm on my helmet Bluetooth when I take calls. It also makes it very convenient to receive GPS directions while listening to music.

My only complaints are minimal. The bass is almost non-existent, but that is to be expected in this type of set up. Lastly, it would be nice if it were a little lower profile.

PROS: Clarity, Ease of Use

CONS: Bass

Fantastic call quality
This is a daily driver for me. Communiting to work about 30 miles one way, I'm listening to music the whole way. In addition I'm able to take (and make) phone calls while on my bike. Handsfree is a push of a button (and some configuration on my Android) and I can call virtually anyone. Even numbers that aren't in my contacts. I can also send text messages. The mic is so good, even at 70MPH, that Google completely understands what I'm saying for searching and texting. I can use this headset for 8 to 10 hours a week before I need to charge it. Plus, I can charge it while I use it. It's simply fantastic.
The only drawback is bass. The speakers just don't have any bass to speak of. I think this is a common issue among speakers for helmets.
I must admit I've not used other headsets yet. I am going to pick up Nolan Comm unit for my wife's spare helmet. If I can update my review later I will.

PROS: Clear Audio, Battery Life, Noise cancelling, Ease of Use

CONS: Bass

BEST USES: Intercom, Phone calls

SMH10 Dual Pack
Quick and easy to install on our helmets. I REALLY appreciate having a choice of microphones. These are installed on our modular helmets and we chose not to use the boom mics. It was easy to pair with our Smart Phone.
I suppose my only complaint (small) is that when connected to my MP3 player, the bass is sadly lacking!
