Good fit for Honda Nighthawk
I was pleasantly surprised by these bags. I had to mount them backwards to clear the exhaust, but they mounted under the seat of my Honda Nighthawk 750 (not many bags do) and look great.

They look small but hold almost as much as my much as my old, larger bags did. They seem to be well made. I haven't used the rain covers yet, but they have a cord similar to what you find in sweat pants to tighten them. I can't imagine them coming off if you use this cord. I only have two minor gripes:

One, the bags are fastened by supplied (too long) bungee cords instead of nylon straps. Since they stretch, the bags tend to flop. Not a big deal, just get some nylon straps from Home Depot.

Two, a tag is fastened to the rain covers using a tag gun that shoots a plastic barb through the material. Again, not a big deal and it shouldn't affect performance since it's in the edge, but why would someone put holes in something that's supposed to be waterproof?

My gripes are more nit-picking than problems and don't affect my rating. These aren't the best bags on the market, but they will serve you well and are definitely worth the price.

Good first set of saddlebags
So far, I've only put my lunch and sweatshirt in the bags. They installed easy and seem very well made. The price was right. If I was going on a long (2 week or longer)trip, I might upgrade to larger bags. These seem right for daily rides or commuting to work. They do not lock, so limit what you leave in them while you're not on the bike.

CONS: Nothing yet

not great, but not bad...
I ride every day to work on my FZ1, rain or shine. I got these for added space and the rain covers. The rain covers fell off while riding, and did nothing to stop the rain when they stayed on. The covers would soak thru and held a ton of water! The added space is good, and I like that there are small pockets on the side to keep things separated.

PROS: Space

CONS: Not water proof, Bad fit

Look good on my GSXR
I was worried about how it would look and fit on my sport bike, but I needed something to allow me to carry a week's worth of clothes on business trips. These sedici saddle bags did the trick. They stay on with the thick velcro over-straps and they are secured by pulling the included elastic hooks tightly through my passenger pegs. It takes about 5-10 minutes to get them as tight as I want them, but it looks great and fits my needs perfectly. I have a K7 GSXR 750.

PROS: Sturdy, Rain covers, Easy Install
